Casa Del Sol can be rented for groups ranging from 2 – 10 guests. Rates are in Canadian dollars.

Low Season: May 01 – October 31 High Season: November 01 – April 30

2-4 guests $2800.00/week $3200.00/week

5-6 guests $3200.00/week $3800.00/week

7-8 guests $3600.00/week $4400.00/week

9-10 guests $4000.00/week $5000.00/week

Christmas, New Years, Easter $6000.00/week

PAYMENT: To confirm your reservation we require a 20% non refundable deposit. A payment equal to 50% of the rental fee is required 120 days prior to arrival. A payment equal to 30% of the rental fee plus the damage deposit is required 60 days prior to arrival. DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A damage deposit of $1000 is required. This must be received within (60) days prior to arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent and it is fully refundable.

CANCELLATIONS: Ninety (90) days notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made less than ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations forty-five (45) days prior to the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment minus the damage deposit which will be fully refunded.
